Description

Upgrade your Polaris General 1000 with SuperATV’s Rev1 Clutch Kit for smoother engagement, better torque, and improved performance for heavy upgrades. Designed for the way you ride, these clutch kits are available in Trail, Mud Riding, and Sand Dunes options so you can match the kit to your terrain and riding style.

Rev1 clutch kits are built for versatility, whether you’re running large mud tires, riding at high elevations, or stretching out across wide-open sand. Stage 2 kits include a secondary helix to help balance belt pull for peak performance, and most kits include a premium drive belt made with an aramid fiber cord weave and a tougher compound to help retain cord rigidity, dissipate heat quickly, and last longer than stock on demanding rides.

Features include quicker backshift, better low-end engagement and torque, less belt slippage, less heat buildup, prevention of power loss with larger tires, and faster acceleration.

Kit options:

  • Trail: Designed for all-around improvement for varied terrain, boosts power and performance at low and high speeds, and improves low and mid-range engagement
  • Mud Riding: Designed for large mud tires and gear reductions, boosts torque without sacrificing horsepower, and improves low and mid-range engagement
  • Sand Dunes: Designed for flat-out speed with a wide-open throttle, boosts horsepower without sacrificing low-end feel, and improves engagement and top-end power
