SuperATV’s Rhino 2.0 Axles combine maximized shafts and CVs with heavy-duty 4340 steel that’s heat treated for superior strength and longevity. The result is a heavy-duty axle that can handle 40°+ axle angles without binding or overheating and can handle massive torque without breaking.

The Rhino 2.0 Formula combines size, materials, and heat treatment for maximum strength and longevity. The CV cups, cage, and spider are made as large as possible, and the axle shaft itself is 4 mm larger than stock and doesn’t neck down like a stock shaft. Built from 4340 chromoly steel for the full CV joints and axle shaft, these axles are engineered to stand up to mud holes, bounty hills, and rock gardens.
Every test shows Rhino 2.0 as one of the strongest axles in the heavy-duty market, backed by an 18-month warranty.
