Description

SuperATV’s Polaris General Complete Differential is a complete aftermarket front differential designed as a stronger replacement for the stock unit. It ships fully assembled and ready to install, giving you the same performance you expect with upgraded construction built for hard riding and repeated differential lock engagements.

You can choose a cast aluminum or billet aluminum housing. The differential uses hob-cut ring and pinion gears for smoother, quieter operation, and features a 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum Sprague carrier for added strength and durability. The housing is reinforced with additional material at the mounting locations and helical inserts in the threads for a more secure mount, while the pinion gear tube has 3/8" thick walls. A bolt-on cap is used to retain the pinion bearing for easier service.
