Polaris General XP 1000 4-6" Lift Kit

Give your Polaris General XP 1000 more clearance, stability, and trail capability with SuperATV’s all-in-one 4-6" lift kit. Choose either a 4" or 6" lift using the adjustable brackets, and gain room for larger tires along with a wider stance for improved handling. This kit includes upgraded suspension components to help support the added height and harder riding.

  • 4" or 6" true lift
  • Clearance for bigger tires
  • 5" wider stance for increased stability; 75" total width after installation
  • 20" of total ground clearance
  • Compatible with OEM ball joints or optional preinstalled Standard Duty, Heavy Duty, Super Duty, or Keller Ball Joints
  • Preadjusted pivot blocks for camber control out of the box
  • UV-resistant powder coat finish
  • Lifetime warranty on A-arms and lift bracket

The kit includes Atlas Pro A-arms, steering stops, all brackets, braces, and bases, extended front and rear brake lines, a heavy-duty Z-bend tie rod kit, radius arms, Rhino 2.0 Axles, and all required hardware and instructions.

Atlas Pro A-Arms Made with 1.5" x .138" wall steel DOM tubing, these A-arms are larger than stock and built for rough terrain. Adjustable lower pivot blocks allow full camber adjustability, they use stock A-arm bushings, and they are finished with a UV-resistant powder coat.

Rhino 2.0 Axles Built from 4340 chromoly steel with a proprietary heat treatment, Rhino 2.0 Axles are 100% stronger than stock and backed by an industry-leading 18-month warranty.

Note: This kit does not include ball joints and reuses OEM bushings.
