Steel Helical Threads Won’t Wallow Out

We’ve beefed up the differential case by using steel helical inserts in the mounting threads. These inserts make it virtually impossible for the mounting bolts to wallow out or pull out over time.

Beefier Mounting Points

Additional material at the mounting locations helps ensure this diff won’t break off the frame. The OEM diff has feet-like mounting locations, while this one mounts to a single block built into the body of the differential.

Thicker Pinion Gear Tube

The pinion gear tube is thickened to stand up to bumps, jars, and torque loads. A bolt-on cap retains the pinion bearing instead of a snap ring, making it easier to service the pinion gear without destroying your seal.

Hob-Cut Gears Are Super Smooth

Hardened hob-cut gears are used for precise mating, helping the front diff run with less noise and vibration for a smoother ride and better durability.

Stronger Components

The sprague carrier is made from 7075-T6 aircraft grade aluminum for maximum strength and durability. Tougher gears and other upgraded parts dramatically improve components prone to failure, all wrapped in a stronger case.

Upgrade to Billet

Upgrade to the billet aluminum differential case for ultimate strength and performance. Billet is denser, stronger, and less porous than cast. If you ride hard and destroy stock differentials, a stronger billet diff is the way to go.

Installation Made Easy

This comes as a complete differential, fully assembled and ready to install. It includes a heavy-duty aluminum case, thicker gears, bushings, seals, hubs, sprague, armature, and wiring. Just bolt it on, fill it with oil, and ride.
