The RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion is built to outlast everything else on the market thanks to X24 Technology. Its design reduces wear by over 50% so you can ride hard, even with massive tires. Your steering stays tight and responsive for years.

Your General XP 1000 Needs X24 Tech

X24 Tech takes the General XP 1000 RackBoss 2.0 to the next level. It uses a dual-bushing design with PTFE bushings at both ends of the rack to reduce movement in the gearset and tension spring. The result is up to 50% less wear and tear on the rack and tighter handling with less shaky steering. It’s also greaseable so you can keep it clean and lubricated.

Choose Your Tie Rod Style

  • Solid steel bar tie rods: 1" diameter steel bar tie rods with beefy tie rod ends, 3/4" rod threads, and 16 mm rack threads.
  • Swaged tube tie rods: 1" diameter swaged tube tie rods with heim joints, 14 mm rod threads, and 16 mm rack threads.
  • Heavy-duty dual PTFE bushings
