Your stock clutch is perfectly engineered for stock rides. Upgrade your Polaris General XP 1000 with a Rev1 Clutch Kit designed for smoother engagement, more power, and better big-tire performance.

These clutch kits are tuned for different riding styles and conditions, so they are not one-size-fits-all. Choose the setup that matches how and where you ride, whether that means trail riding, mud riding, or sand dunes. Trail kits are designed for all-around improvement for varied terrain, boost power and performance at low and high speeds, and improve low and mid-range engagement. Mud riding kits are designed for large mud tires and gear reductions, boost torque without sacrificing horsepower, and improve low and mid-range engagement. Sand dune kits are designed for flat-out speed with wide-open throttle, boost horsepower without sacrificing low-end feel, and improve engagement and top-end power.

Each kit includes a premium drive belt made with an aramid fiber cord weave and a tougher compound designed to retain cord rigidity. That helps deliver better grip, better heat dispersion, and longer lifespan than stock.

Additional performance benefits include quicker backshift, better throttle response, better low-end engagement and torque, less belt slippage, less heat buildup, prevention of power loss when running larger tires, and faster acceleration. Stage 2 clutch kits also include a secondary helix to further balance clutch performance.
