Polaris Pro XD Complete Differential

SuperATV’s aftermarket Polaris Pro XD Complete Differential is a replacement and an upgrade all in one. You get the same powerful performance you expect from OEM plus a massive upgrade in strength.

Our replacement diff comes fully assembled and ready to install. It includes a new heavy-duty billet aluminum case, thicker gears, bushings, seals, hubs, sprague, armature, and wiring. We use 7075-T6 aircraft grade aluminum for the sprague carrier for impressive durability. The differential is built to handle infinite differential lock engagements without wearing out.

Our complete Polaris Pro XD front differential uses hobbed gears for the ring and pinion gears. Hobbed gears are cut and finished with precision for perfectly mating gear teeth that run smooth with almost no noise or vibration.

We’ve also beefed up the differential case with helical inserts in the mounting threads to help prevent the mounting bolts from wallowing out or pulling out over time. The pinion gear tube is thicker for added strength, and a bolt-on cap retains the pinion bearing for easier service.

Completely assembled differential includes:
