This kit is made with 4.5 mm heavy-duty steel, giving your Ranger 1000 all the frame support it needs and then some. It’s powder coated for durability and longevity, ensuring top-notch performance ride after ride. Forget about taking it easy for fear of bending your frame. Install this frame stiffener and gusset kit on your machine and you’re ready to hit the trails, no matter how hard the trails hit back.

Do you need a front or rear frame stiffener to reinforce your Ranger? Maxing out your ground clearance with a big lift or GDP portals requires a front frame stiffener. Getting ultimate control with our RIDE System Rear Steering Kit requires a rear frame stiffener. Get both if you upgrade everything!

NOTE: When running the Polaris Ranger XP Frame Stiffener / Gusset Kit with the Polaris Ranger Full Size Skid Plate, the frame stiffener will replace the front section of the skid plate.
