Description

Tackle the trails with confidence with SuperATV’s RackBoss rack and pinion system. Designed to withstand extreme abuse from massive tires, monster whoops, and rough terrain, RackBoss is built to replace sloppy steering with a stronger, longer-lasting steering assembly.

SuperATV engineered RackBoss with added strength and durability throughout, including a housing with 40% more material, a 15% bigger rack gear, and a wear-resistant Teflon bushing. It also features oversized high-strength 4130 chromoly tie rod ends with increased bearing surface area, plus misalignment bushings and the optimal blend of materials and heat treating for long service life.
