Your Polaris Ranger 800 works hard all week and plays hard on the weekend, but the stock rack can wear out over time. SuperATV’s RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion is built to handle bigger tires and rough rides while reducing wear by over 50% with X24 Tech and a dual-bushing design.

X24 Tech Dual Bushings

RackBoss 2.0 uses dual PTFE bushings at both ends of the rack to help prevent wear and reduce sloppy steering. Built-in grease fittings let you push out dirt and debris after hard riding in mud or water, helping keep steering smooth for longer.

Heavy-Duty Tie Rod Options

Choose between two tie rod styles:

  • Steel swaged tube tie rods for added strength in a lightweight tube
  • Solid steel bar tie rods for maximum strength and aggressive riding

RackBoss 2.0 Swaged Tie Rod includes 14 mm outer tie rod ends, 14 mm rod threads, and 16 mm rack threads. RackBoss 2.0 Solid Steel Tie Rod uses 3/4" outer tie rod ends, 3/4" rod threads, and 16 mm rack threads.

Both options include greasable components, inner boots, a steering stop kit, misalignment bushings, tie rod studs, and hardware.
