Your Polaris Ranger 900 Diesel is built for hard work, and break time isn’t on the schedule. Upgrade to SuperATV’s RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion before your stock rack wears out and ruins your handling. X24 tech uses dual bushings to reduce wear by over 50%, helping keep you in control when you push your machine hard.

Dual-Bushing Design

RackBoss 2.0 is built for durability. Its X24 tech uses PTFE bushings on both ends to remove play from the internal gears and tension spring, reducing unnecessary movement and wear. A built-in grease fitting makes maintenance easier after rough riding in mud and muck. The housing is 65% larger than stock and is designed to last twice as long as other rack and pinion units.

Available Tie Rod Options

  • Swaged tube tie rods: tough and light with a flare-out design for added strength beyond 7/8" tubing
  • Solid steel bar tie rods: 1" diameter steel bars for maximum strength

Swaged Tube Tie Rod Details

  • 14 mm outer tie rod ends
  • Rebuildable inner ball and socket ends with 14 mm rod threads and 16 mm rack threads

Solid Steel Tie Rod Details

  • 3/4" outer tie rod ends
  • Rebuildable inner tie rod ends with 3/4" rod threads and 16 mm rack threads

Both options include inner boots, a steering stop kit, misalignment bushings, tie rod studs, and hardware.
