The Only Aftermarket Polaris® Differential SuperATV’s Ranger Complete Differential is the only aftermarket Polaris diff on the market. It uses Polaris’ proven design and improves it with stronger construction and better durability. Designed to deliver power to your front wheels and lock when you want it to, it gives you stock-like performance with the strength you expect from SuperATV. It’s built for battle.
Why SuperATV’s Differential Is Better You get the complete differential, fully assembled and ready to install—not just replacement internals. It includes a heavy-duty cast or billet aluminum case, thicker gears, bushings, seals, hubs, sprague, armature, and wiring. The sprague carrier is made from 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum for maximum strength and durability, helping it withstand repeated hard differential lock engagements.
Hobbed Gears Make It Quiet Hob-cut gears provide precise gear mesh for quieter, smoother, and cooler operation, helping the gears last longer in your front differential.
Stronger Mounting The differential case is reinforced with helical inserts in the mounting threads to help prevent bolts from wallowing out or pulling out over time. Additional material strengthens the mounting locations, and the pinion gear tube walls are 3/8" thick. A bolt-on cap retains the pinion bearing for easier service without destroying the seal.
Upgrade to Billet Choose the billet aluminum differential case for maximum strength and performance. Billet is denser, stronger, and less porous than cast aluminum, making it a great option for hard riders who demand more from their machine.
