The Steering System You Need

Give your Polaris Ranger Full-Size 500 a steering system that handles difficult terrain day after day without wearing out. SuperATV’s RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion uses X24 Tech dual-bushing construction to reduce sloppy steering and cut wear by over 50% compared to OEM after 15,000 cycles.

Heavy-duty PTFE bushings at both ends of the rack help remove play from the internals, keeping the tension spring nearly motionless and improving overall durability. A built-in grease fitting lets you push fresh grease through after riding in mud or water.

Available tie rod options:

  • Steel swaged tube tie rods
  • Solid steel bar tie rods

Swaged tube tie rods use lightweight but strong 7/8" diameter steel tubing with 16 mm inner ball and sockets and 14 mm outer tie rod ends.

Solid steel bar tie rods use 1" diameter steel rod with 3/4" outer tie rods and rebuildable inner tie rods that use 3/4" rod threads and 16 mm rack threads.
