SuperATV’s GDP 4" Portal Gear Lift for the Polaris Ranger Full-Size 800 is designed to give you the gear reduction that fits how you ride. Available with 15% or 30% gear reductions and billet or aluminum housings, you can choose the setup that works best for mud, rocks, farming, or trails.

Perfect for Mud — Choose a 30% gear reduction for more torque to turn bigger tires and power through thick mud while still maintaining usable road and trail performance.

Perfect for Rocks — With 4" portals and a 30% gear reduction, you get the torque and clearance needed to crawl over rocks and run bigger tires with less risk of damaging your skid plate.

Perfect for Farming — A 15% gear reduction gives your Ranger the clearance to get over brush, sticks, and debris, plus the torque to push through ruts and ditches while towing and cruising between fields.

Perfect for Trails — Pair 4" portals with a 15% gear reduction for extra lift, more torque, and easier handling of hills, ruts, creeks, and larger tires.

Polaris Ranger Full Size 800 Portal Gear Reduction Recommendations

  • Up to 27" tires: stock or 2" lift kit with 15% reduction
  • 28"-29" tires: 1" forward front A-arms with 15% reduction
  • 28"-29" tires: 1" forward front A-arms and 2" lift kit with 15% reduction
  • 30"-34" tires: 6" lift kit with 30% reduction

Gear reductions listed are general guidelines to maintain factory top speed. Installing a larger than recommended gear reduction will result in extra torque and lower top speed. Give us a call for more information.
