SuperATV’s GDP 6" Portal Gear Lift for the Polaris Ranger Full-Size 800 gives you a lift and a gear reduction in one box. Get the clearance to run bigger tires and the torque you need to turn them. The lift and gear reduction are in the hub, which helps maintain suspension geometry and reduce drivetrain stress. Choose between a 30% or 45% gear reduction and a cast or billet aluminum housing.

With a 45% gear reduction, these portals are built for mud and rocks, giving you massive torque for turning large tires and crawling over rough terrain. A 30% gear reduction is a versatile option for mud, trails, hills, and higher-speed riding.

Our gears are precision ground and made with 9310 billet steel alloy for high strength and high speed, helping them stay cool and quiet during hard use. GDP housings are reinforced and designed for better oil flow and gearing forces, with no vents. Both cast and billet housings use advanced oil-resistant gaskets, a sealed input gear, and a double-lipped output seal for dependable sealing.

Available with billet or cast aluminum housing, this portal lift increases width by 4 in. per side (8 in. total) and includes a 1.5 in. diameter 4340 hardened steel drive shaft, no-leak bearings and seals, a universal hub that fits all major bolt patterns, all hardware, backing plates, brake lines, and instructions.

Recommended gear reductions are general guidelines to help maximize torque and maintain factory top speed. A larger than recommended gear reduction will result in more torque and lower top speed.

Wheel Requirements:

  • 18" or larger wheel required
  • Wheels cannot exceed 5" backspacing
  • Wheels need to have a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55mm) or require a 1" wheel spacer
