X24 technology for less wear
RackBoss 2.0 uses X24 tech, a dual-bushing design with PTFE bushings at both ends of the rack to reduce movement in the gears and tension spring. This helps cut wear by over 50% compared to stock. It’s also greaseable for easier maintenance and lasting performance.
Heavy-duty swaged tube tie rods
The swaged tube steel tie rods are built for strength and durability. The tie rod ends use tough heim joints with 16 mm rack threads and 14 mm rod threads for reliable performance on demanding rides.
