Description

Turn your Polaris Ranger XD 1500 into a true powerhouse with SuperATV’s Long Travel Kit. It widens your ride by 8" in total, giving you more stability and control on rough terrain, and it allows you to run up to 36" tires.

This kit comes with everything you need for an easier install, including Atlas Pro A-Arms, tie rods, axles, bushings, and four Rhino 2.0 Axles. The only thing you’ll need to worry about is ball joints, which can be ordered preinstalled.

Atlas Pro A-Arms are built to take a beating and look good doing it. They use 1.5" diameter tubing with 0.138" wall thickness and a UV-resistant powder coat for added toughness. The kit includes preinstalled UHMW bushings and preadjusted pivot blocks for proper camber.

Billet Aluminum Hex Tie Rods are made from solid 6061-T6 billet aluminum for strength, performance, and style. They use heat-treated chromoly steel monoball tie rod ends and are adjustable without disassembly. Tie rods are backed by a lifetime warranty.

Rhino 2.0 Axles are stronger than stock and built from 4340 chromoly steel with a proprietary heat treatment. They feature increased shaft size, oversized CV joints, and are designed for high articulation and lower CV temperatures. They are field and lab tested for extreme strength and endurance and include an 18-month warranty.

Ball joints can be selected preinstalled for easier installation. If you do not choose preinstalled ball joints, you must reuse your stock ball joints.
