Polaris Ranger XD 1500 6" Portal Gear Lift
Your Ranger XD 1500 works hard and plays harder. SuperATV’s 6" Portal Gear Lift gives you massive ground clearance, room for huge tires, and the torque to tackle muddy creeks, rocky climbs, and everything in between. Choose a 30%, 45%, or 60% gear reduction to match your riding style, and upgrade to dual idlers for maximum strength.
Perfection takes time. After years of research and development, SuperATV’s dual idler gear portals spread the load over twice as much surface area for more reliable torque transfer and a stronger gear set. Precision CNC grinding ensures the gears mesh perfectly, and the gears are made from 9310 steel alloy.
A gear reduction in the hub helps protect your drivetrain from extra wear, while maintaining your factory suspension for cooler-running axles.
These portals are built tough with 5/16" advanced steel alloy backing plates and durable aluminum housings. Features include reinforced housings optimized for oil flow, advanced steel alloy backing plates, and no vents.

The portal system uses advanced gaskets and O-rings with excellent oil resistance, a sealed input gear, a double-lipped output seal, double-angular contact output bearings, and roller idler and drive bearings to maintain perfect gear meshing.
SuperATV recommends adding a Frame Stiffener with this 6" portal lift and oversized tires to help keep the frame from deforming under heavy use.

Max Tire Size Recommendations for 6" Portal Gear Lift:
- 34" tire size with stock suspension
Max tire sizes are measured at full compression and full turn. The given tire sizes are the largest fit without rubbing. With minor trimming or a small amount of rub, larger tire sizes can be used.
