Polaris Ranger XP 1000 Long Travel Kit

Get SuperATV’s Polaris Ranger XP 1000 Long Travel Kit and dominate tough terrain with improved stability and articulation. This kit increases your machine’s total width by 6 inches on each side for a full width of 74.5 inches overall, helping you tackle deep mud, rocky climbs, and other challenging obstacles. It fits up to 34" tires.

Built for rough rides with Atlas Pro A-arms

This kit includes heavy-duty Atlas Pro A-arms made from 38 mm steel tubing for strength and reliability. They’re designed to work with large tires and include adjustable lower pivot blocks so you can dial in camber. They come preset to factory specs.

Includes heavy-duty Z-bend tie rods

When you add bigger tires and take on extreme terrain, upgraded tie rods are a must. This kit includes heavy-duty Z-bend tie rods built to handle rough abuse that OEM parts can’t.

Includes Rhino 2.0 axles

Rhino 2.0 Axles are included for impressive articulation and added strength. They feature oversized CVs, beefed-up shafts, and are backed by an 18-month warranty.

Preassembly available

Purchase SuperATV ball joints with your long travel kit and they’ll be installed in your new A-arms for free.

Note: You must re-use your stock ball joints if you do not select a pre-installed ball joint at checkout.

Ball joint options

Heavy-duty ball joints use hardened 4340 VAR steel and zinc plating, with accessible grease zerks and an adjustable design. Super Duty 300M Ball Joints use 300M grade steel with an adjustable steel-on-steel design and are 2.25x stronger than stock. Keller Ball Joints use a two-piece design that threads onto your A-arms, with a chromoly steel stud and tool-steel body; they are greaseable and rebuildable.
