RackBoss 2.0 Raises the Bar
Whether you use stock steering or an aftermarket rack, responsiveness can get worse over time. RackBoss 2.0 is SuperATV’s updated and upgraded rack and pinion built to be the strongest and most durable option for your Polaris Ranger XP 1000. It uses X24 Tech, a dual-bushing design exclusive to RackBoss 2.0, to reduce wear by over 50%. This lets you run bigger tires, take on rough terrain, and ride with confidence.
Minimizes Wear and Tear with a Dual-Bushing Design
The dual PTFE bushing design helps prevent the wear and tear common with hard riding. X24 Tech uses tough bushings at both ends of the rack to power through bigger hits and larger tires without getting sloppy steering. Built-in grease fittings help push out dirt and grime after mud or water riding.
Choose Your Tie Rod Style
- Swaged tube tie rods: Lightweight and strong with a flared steel tube design. They use 14 mm outer tie rod ends and rebuildable inner tie rod ends with 14 mm rod threads and 16 mm rack threads.
- Solid steel bar tie rods: Built for rugged strength with a 1" diameter steel rod. They use 3/4" outer tie rod ends and rebuildable inner tie rod ends with 3/4" rod threads and 16 mm rack threads.
- Billet aluminum hex tie rods: The strongest, lightest, and best-looking option, made from polished 6061 billet aluminum. They use oversized 3/4" outer tie rod ends and rebuildable inner tie rod ends with 3/4" rod threads and 16 mm rack threads.
