Description

Your Ranger 500 works hard and takes on weekend abuse too. Make sure it stays on track with SuperATV’s Polaris Ranger XP 500 RackBoss 2.0 Steel Bar Tie Rod Kit. It adds 1" solid steel bar tie rods and oversized tie rod ends for a more durable steering setup.

The tie rods are built from 1" diameter solid steel for serious strength, while the rebuilt inner and outer ends are designed to address stock weak points. The rebuildable inners have 16 mm rack threads and massive 3/4" rod threads, and the outer heim joints use the same 3/4" rod threads with oversized chromoly housings. The tie rods are backed by a lifetime warranty.

Installation is straightforward with everything you need included, along with full-color instructions. Adjusting toe is easy without disassembling anything.
