Description

Portals reinvent your Ranger. Unleash the potential of your Polaris Ranger XP 570 with SuperATV’s GDP 4" Portal Gear Lift. Choose a 15% or 30% gear reduction for more torque and better performance, and upgrade to dual idler gears for maximum strength. GDP Portals are built for hard riding and proven engineering.

Dual idler strength. A second idler gear spreads the load over twice as much surface area for more reliable torque transfer. Precision CNC grinding ensures perfect gear mating, and the gears are made from 9310 steel alloy for lasting durability.

Built to protect your drivetrain. By placing the gear reduction in the hub, portal gear lifts reduce stress on your axles, differential, prop shaft, and transmission, helping extend drivetrain life.

Strength from top to bottom. The kit features cast or billet aluminum housings, 5/16" advanced steel alloy backing plates, and advanced sealing components for dependable performance.

Additional protection. A Polaris Ranger 570 portal lift combined with big tires and another suspension lift can bend the frame if pushed too hard, so a frame stiffener is recommended for added confidence.

4" Portal Gear Lift includes:

  • (4) Assembled portal hub boxes complete with 9310 gears, seals, output shaft, gaskets, and thrust bearings
  • (4) Universal hubs and precision-ground stainless steel slotted rotors with lugs
  • (4) Specialized steel alloy backing plates
  • (4) Steel caliper mounting plates
  • (2) Steel steering arms
  • (2) Caliper adapter plates (specific models only)
  • Extended brake lines
  • All required hardware, including recessed castle nut socket
  • Frame stiffener (optional)

Max tire size recommendations for 4" portal gear lift:

  • Up to 28.5" with stock suspension
  • Up to 29.5" with 3" lift kit
  • 31" with 1.5" forward front A-arms
  • 31" with 1.5" forward front A-arms and 3" lift kit
  • 36" with 6" lift kit
