Description

Take Your Control Back with RackBoss 2.0

Upgrade your Polaris Ranger steering with SuperATV’s RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion. Built to help you keep control on rough terrain, this heavy-duty design uses X24 Tech dual PTFE bushings to reduce wear by over 50% and minimize internal play for improved durability.

RackBoss 2.0 features a 65% larger housing than stock and a built-in grease fitting for easier maintenance after riding in mud and water.

Available tie rod options:

  • Swaged tube tie rods with 7/8" diameter steel tubing, 14 mm outer tie rod ends, and rebuildable inner tie rod ends with 14 mm rod threads and 16 mm rack threads.
  • Solid steel bar tie rods with 1" diameter solid steel bars, 3/4" outer heim joint tie rod ends, and adjustable inner tie rod ends with 3/4" rod threads and 16 mm rack threads.

Both versions include inner boots, a steering stop kit, misalignment bushings, tie rod studs, and hardware. Designed for hard rides, big tires, lifts, and heavy hits.
