A Reverse Chain That’s Stronger Than Stock
Your stock reverse chain might be good, but is it great? We upgraded our reverse chain to make it nearly two times stronger than stock. Thanks to dual chains, you can throw it into reverse whenever you want. Steep hills? Thick sludge? Not a problem—our reverse chain will pull you through situations that would make your OEM one snap.
Better Pinion and Snorkel Gears
The pinion and snorkel gears are made from 9310 alloy steel, one of the toughest gear materials on the planet. Precision engineering ensures they’re perfectly lapped, meaning they’re broken in together for perfect mating every time. Add in a 300M front output shaft and you get smooth, strong, and reliable operation.
Thicker and Stronger Pinion Bearing Retainer
The pinion bearing retainer is thicker and stronger than stock to keep the pinion gear from pulling away from the snorkel gear. That helps prevent breakage and keeps your gears firmly in place for more reliable operation.
Protected by a Top-Notch Transmission Case
The transmission case is built to protect and support everything inside. It uses 68% more material on the axle output and snorkel tube areas, plus additional ribs and gussets for extra strength and cooling.
Multiple Gear Reduction Options Available
Choose from stock, 12.5%, or 25% gear reduction. The higher the gear reduction, the more torque and capability your Ranger will have in mud, hills, and rough trails.
