The more abuse you put your Ranger through, the less responsive your steering gets. Support your steering by upgrading to SuperATV’s Polaris Ranger XP 900 RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion. It’s an upgraded version of the original RackBoss that uses X24 Tech, a dual-bushing design that reduces wear by over 50%. It’s built for big tires and tough terrain that would sideline most rigs.

Boosted Durability with a Dual-Bushing Design

RackBoss 2.0 removes almost all unwanted internal play by using the X24 dual-bushing design. With heavy-duty PTFE bushings positioned at both ends of the rack, the rack gear and tension spring are nearly motionless. Without extra play, you can ride harder with bigger, heavier upgrades and still see less wear than a stock Honda 1000R steering rack. A grease zerk helps keep it running smooth.

Swaged Tube Tie Rods

These steel swaged tube tie rods are lightweight but tough. The flared swaged design boosts the strength of the 7/8" diameter tubing. They’re bolstered with improved tie rod ends, including 16 mm rack threads and 14 mm rod threads for durability you can count on.

Solid Steel Bar Tie Rods

The solid steel tie rods are made with 1" diameter bar and paired with chromoly tie rod ends. The heim joint ends use massive 3/4" threads, and the rebuildable inner ball and sockets have 16 mm rack threads to help maximize strength.
