Description

Upgrade your Polaris Ranger XP Kinetic with SuperATV’s RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion, designed to outlast the stock steering rack and keep your handling tight and responsive. X24 technology uses dual PTFE bushings to reduce wear by over 50% compared to stock, limit slop, and improve durability. The rack is also greaseable to help keep the gears clean and lubricated.

Swaged tube tie rods use lightweight steel tube construction with beefed-up tie rod ends. They feature 14 mm outer tie rod ends and rebuildable inner tie rod ends with 3/4" rod threads and 16 mm rack threads.

Solid steel bar tie rods offer serious strength for rough riding and use 3/4" outer tie rod ends with rebuildable inner tie rod ends that have 3/4" rod threads and 16 mm rack threads.

Billet aluminum hex tie rods are the lightest and strongest-looking option, made from 6061 billet aluminum with 3/4" outer tie rod ends and rebuildable inner tie rod ends with 3/4" rod threads and 16 mm rack threads.
