RackBoss 2.0 lasts longer

No matter what rack you have, it’s going to wear out eventually. When it does, sloppy steering can make your RZR tough to control. That’s why SuperATV made RackBoss 2.0. It uses X24 Tech to reduce wear by over 50% and is built for big lifts, big tires, and treacherous rides.

Less wear and tear with a dual-bushing design

RackBoss 2.0 is engineered with heavy-duty PTFE bushings at both ends of the rack to remove play from the internals. Reducing play also keeps the tension spring nearly motionless, helping the rack stay in like-new condition for years longer than the next best rack. It also includes a grease fitting so you can push fresh grease through after mud or water rides.

Solid steel bar tie rods

The solid steel tie rod setup uses 1" diameter steel bars with 3/4" outer heim joint tie rod ends and rebuildable inner tie rod ends that use 3/4" rod threads and 16 mm rack threads. It’s built for hard hits, big tires, and wild rides.

Swaged tube tie rods

The swaged tube tie rods are lightweight but sturdy, with 7/8" diameter tubing that flares out for added strength. They use 14 mm outer tie rod ends and rebuildable inner tie rod ends with 14 mm rod threads and 16 mm rack threads.
