SuperATV’s GDP 4" Portal Gear Lift for the Polaris RZR 570 is available with either a 15% or 30% gear reduction, so you can choose the setup that fits your riding style.

Built for mud, rocks, and trails

A 30% gear reduction gives you more torque for bigger tires and tougher terrain, making it ideal for mud and rock crawling while still being usable on the road and trails. A 15% gear reduction helps you keep higher speed for trail riding and hills while unlocking more of your machine’s potential.

Better gears and stronger housings

The gears are precision ground from 9310 billet steel alloy for strength, quiet operation, and high-speed durability. Housings are reinforced for strength and designed for better oil flow and gearing forces. Depending on the configuration, you get either cast aluminum housings or USA-made 6061 billet aluminum housings with CNC-machined finish.

Wheel Requirements:

  • 14" or larger wheel required
  • Cannot exceed 5" backspacing
  • Not compatible with dual beadlock wheels
  • Wheels need to have a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55mm) or require a 1" wheel spacer

Polaris RZR 570 Portal Gear Reduction Recommendations

  • Up to 26" tire size: Stock suspension with 15% reduction
  • 27"-29" tire size: 1.5" Forward Offset A-Arms with 15% reduction

Gear reductions listed are general guidelines to maintain factory top speed. Installing a larger than recommended gear reduction will result in extra torque and lower top speed. Give us a call for more information.
