Description

SuperATV’s GDP 4" Portal Gear Lift for the Polaris RZR 800 is geared for all, with available 15% or 30% gear reductions so you can choose the setup that fits the way you ride.

Run a 30% gear reduction for serious mud performance, added torque, and the ability to turn bigger tires through thick terrain. It also works well for road and trail use when you want extra pulling power. For rocks, the 4" portals and 30% reduction give you the torque and clearance to crawl over obstacles and run larger tires. For trails, the 15% gear reduction helps preserve higher speed and keeps your RZR 800 moving fast on hills and rough terrain.

These portals use precision-ground 9310 billet steel alloy gears for strength, cool operation, and quiet performance. The housings are built for strength and reliability, with cast or USA-made CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminum options, reinforced design, improved oil flow, and no vents. Both housing styles use advanced oil-resistant gaskets, a sealed input gear, and a double-lipped output seal for dependable sealing.

Polaris RZR 800 Portal Gear Reduction Recommendations

  • Up to 26" tires: stock suspension or 1.5-3" lift kit — 15%
  • 27" to 28" tires: 5" lift kit — 15%
  • 29" tires: 1.5" forward front A-arms — 15%
  • 29" tires: 1.5" forward front A-arms and 1.5-3" lift kit — 15%
  • 30" to 31" tires: 1.5" forward front A-arms and 5" lift kit — 15%
  • 32" tires: 6" lift kit — 30%

Gear reductions listed are general guidelines to maintain factory top speed. Installing a larger than recommended gear reduction will result in extra torque and lower top speed. Give us a call for more information.

Wheel Requirements:

  • 14" or larger wheel required
  • Wheels cannot exceed 5" backspacing
  • Not compatible with dual beadlock wheels
  • Wheels need to have a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55mm) or require a 1" wheel spacer
