Gen 3 Portals are Geared for All

SuperATV’s GDP 6" Portal Gear Lift for the Polaris RZR 800 gives you a lift and a gear reduction in one box. Get the clearance to run bigger tires and the torque you need to turn them. The lift and gear reduction are in the hub, which helps maintain suspension geometry and reduce drivetrain stress. Choose a 30% or 45% gear reduction and a cast or billet aluminum housing.

Built with precision-ground 9310 billet steel alloy gears, these portals are designed to stay cool and quiet while delivering strength for hard riding. The housings are reinforced for strength and built with oil flow and gearing forces in mind. Both cast and billet housings use advanced oil-resistant gaskets, a sealed input gear, and a double-lipped output seal to help prevent leaks.

30% reduction is a versatile choice for bigger tires, trail riding, hills, and maintaining higher road speed. 45% reduction is geared for maximum torque, making it a strong choice for mud and rock crawling.

  • Available with billet or cast aluminum housing

Polaris RZR 800 Portal Gear Reduction Recommendations

  • Polaris RZR 800 : 2008-2014
  • Polaris RZR 4 800 : 2010-2014
  • Polaris RZR S 800 : 2009-2014

Wheel Requirements:

  • 18” or larger wheel required
  • Wheels cannot exceed 5” backspacing
  • Wheels need to have a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55mm) or require a 1" wheel spacer

Gear reductions listed are general guidelines to maximize torque and maintain factory top speed. A larger than recommended gear reduction will result in more torque and lower top speed. Give us a call for more information.
