Description

Do It Right with RackBoss 2.0 Upgrade your Polaris RZR 800 steering with SuperATV’s RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion for improved durability and long-lasting performance. Built on the original RackBoss design and upgraded with X24 Tech dual-bushing technology, it reduces wear by over 50% compared to stock and is designed to handle large tires and rough terrain with less looseness over time.

X24 Dual Bushings Make RackBoss 2.0 Last Longer The X24 dual-bushing design uses tough PTFE bushings on both ends of the rack to remove play from the gears, reduce motion on the internal tension spring, and minimize wear. A built-in grease fitting makes maintenance easier by allowing you to grease the rack gears more conveniently.

Tie Rod Options

  • Swaged tube tie rods: Lightweight 7/8" diameter steel tube with tougher tie rod ends, 14 mm outer tie rod ends, and rebuildable inner ball and socket ends with 14 mm rod threads and 16 mm rack threads.
  • Solid steel bar tie rods: 1" diameter solid steel bar tie rods with 3/4" outer tie rod ends and rebuildable inner ball and socket ends with 3/4" rod threads and 16 mm rack threads.

Both tie rod options include inner boots, a steering stop kit, misalignment bushings, tie rod studs, and hardware.
