It’s an evolution of SuperATV’s original RackBoss and is designed to be the strongest, most durable rack on the market. It uses X24 Tech—a dual-bushing design that reduces wear by over 50% compared to stock. Get the RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion installed on your Polaris RZR XP 900 so you can turn massive tires on dangerous terrain. No matter how hard or long you ride, this rack keeps you in control.

Less Wear and Tear with Our Dual-Bushing Design X24 Tech uses heavy-duty PTFE bushings at both ends of the rack to remove play from the internals and reduce slop. Reducing play also keeps the tension spring nearly motionless. With little to no unintended internal movement, this steering rack can handle heavy rides and hard hits while staying in like-new condition for years longer than the next best rack. A built-in grease fitting lets you push fresh grease through after mud or water rides.

Choose Your Tie Rod Style

  • Swaged tube tie rods are lightweight but tough, with 7/8" diameter steel tubing, 14 mm outer tie rod ends, and 14 mm rod threads with 16 mm rack threads.
  • Solid steel bar tie rods use 1" diameter steel bars, 3/4" outer heim joint tie rod ends, and rebuildable inner tie rod ends with 3/4" rod threads and 16 mm rack threads.
  • Heavy-duty dual PTFE bushings designed with X24 Tech
  • Prevents wear, reduces slop, and improves overall durability
