Description

Don’t settle for less than the best when you’re taking on rough terrain. If your stock rack and pinion is worn out and sloppy, upgrade to SuperATV’s Polaris RZR 900 RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion for better control, durability, and performance with big tires, lift kits, and added weight.

Built with X24 technology, RackBoss 2.0 uses a unique dual-bushing design with durable PTFE bushings at both ends to reduce wear by more than 50% and eliminate play from the internal gears and tension spring. A built-in grease fitting helps keep everything well lubricated for long-lasting performance.

This kit includes solid steel bar Z-bend tie rods designed to take a beating. They are made from a full 1" diameter solid steel bar with 3/4" outer tie rod ends, rebuildable inner tie rod ends, 3/4" rod threads, and 16 mm rack threads. Reinforced bends with custom gussets add strength and reliability for rough trail use.
