Description

Upgrade your Polaris RZR 900 to RZR S 900 suspension with SuperATV’s Suspension Conversion Kit for a 10-inch wider stance, 1.5 inches of extra clearance, and a smooth, stable ride with serious control.

This kit includes front and rear high-clearance A-arms, heavy-duty tie rods, four SuperATV axles, a sway bar, and all necessary hardware to completely rebuild your suspension, except for ball joints and A-arm bushings. It reuses factory shocks and includes high-quality UHMW bushings at no extra cost.

With 11 inches of ground clearance, 10 inches of wheel travel, and a 3-inch longer wheelbase, this conversion gives you more room for larger tires and improved stability. The high-clearance A-arms add 1.5 inches of extra clearance, and the kit features 1.5-inch front and rear offset for better performance.

Want even more capability? Add the optional 3-inch bolt-on lift kit for up to 14 inches of clearance and room for up to 32-inch tires.

Axle options: Rhino brand axles use heavy-duty 4340 chromoly steel for strength, longer fatigue life, and higher articulation angles with no break-in period. Rhino 2.0 axles are hardened 4340 chromoly from end-to-end, twice as strong as stock, and designed to handle 40°+ suspension angles without overheating.

Note: Voodoo Blue and Velocity Blue do not match Sky Blue.

Fitment: Polaris RZR 900 2016-2020.

Important notes:

  • The stock front sway bar will be removed and discarded.
  • Ball joints are not included.
  • You will need to reuse or purchase stock sway bar links from Polaris.
  • Some models need 7519306 Polaris bolts for the rear sway bar mount.
