The Only Aftermarket Polaris® Differential
SuperATV’s RZR Complete Differential is the only aftermarket Polaris diff on the market. Rather than simply replacing the OEM unit, SuperATV has improved on Polaris’ proven design for stronger performance. It delivers power to your front wheels and locks when you want it to, with the performance you love from your stock RZR and the strength you expect from SuperATV.
This is a complete, preassembled differential that arrives ready to install. It includes a heavy-duty cast or billet aluminum case, thicker gears, bushings, seals, hubs, Sprague, armature, and wiring. The Sprague carrier is made from 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum for maximum strength and durability. SuperATV also uses hobbed ring and pinion gears for smooth, quiet operation and long-term durability.
Stronger Construction and Easier Service
The differential case is reinforced with helical inserts in the mounting threads to help prevent bolts from wallowing out or pulling out over time. Additional material has been added at the mounting locations, and the pinion gear tube has been thickened to handle bumps, shock, and torque loads. A bolt-on cap is used to retain the pinion bearing instead of a snap ring, making service easier without destroying the seal.
Upgrade to Billet
For ultimate strength and performance, upgrade to the billet aluminum differential case. Billet is denser, stronger, and less porous than cast, making it a great choice for aggressive riders who put stock differentials to the test.
