Upgrade Your Front Diff’s Housing
Sometimes you push your stock Polaris RZR a little too hard and end up with front differential problems like a cracked case. Instead of replacing everything, replace what’s broken with SuperATV’s Polaris RZR Heavy-Duty Front Differential Gear Case. This housing uses your stock gears and internals, and it’s built with thicker walls, improved mounting, and easier maintenance.
With this front differential gear case, you get strength built from better design and materials. Whether you choose a cast or 6061 billet aluminum housing, you get a beefed-up case that can stand up to more. The mounting threads use high-quality steel helical inserts to help prevent pulling out or wallowing.
This housing comes preassembled with all the seals and bushings you need, making installation easier. It also uses a bolt-on cap to retain the pinion bearing, so you can service your pinion gear without destroying your seal.
