Description

SuperATV’s Pinion Shaft and Snorkel Gear Kit gives your Polaris RZR the strength it needs to keep going. Built with 9310 alloy steel—the same high-strength gear material used in NASCAR—this heavy-duty kit is designed to withstand serious abuse and torque. Every gear set is tested and lapped together for a smooth, perfectly matched fit from the first revolution.

The snorkel gear and pinion gear in your transmission do more work than just about any other gear in your UTV, so a failure can lead to more transmission, case, or gear damage. This kit helps eliminate a major weak spot in the drivetrain and strengthens the transmission for longer, harder rides.

For added strength, an optional front output shaft is available. It is made from 300M and is 41% stronger than stock, with heat treatment for strength and longevity.
