Description

GDP Portals Rock Take on mud, rocks, and deep terrain with SuperATV’s Polaris RZR Pro R 4" Portal Gear Lift. Choose a 15% or 30% gear reduction, with your choice of cast or billet aluminum housing, and optional dual idler gears for added strength. These portals are built to help you run larger tires while reducing stress on your drivetrain.

Dual idler gears use a second gear in the portal box to spread force over twice as much surface area for improved torque transfer. SuperATV uses precision CNC grinding and 9310 steel alloy for a strong, durable gear set.

Gear reduction options let you tailor performance to your ride. A 15% reduction adds strength while helping preserve top speed, while a 30% reduction is ideal for larger tires and more demanding terrain.

Drivetrain protection comes from moving the gear reduction to the wheel hub, helping reduce stress on axles, differential, prop shaft, and transmission.

Built tough with cast or billet aluminum housings, steel alloy backing plates, and advanced sealing components for durability and oil control. Features include:

  • Reinforced housings optimized for gear retention and oil flow
  • Steel alloy backing plates
  • Advanced gaskets and O-rings with excellent oil resistance
  • Sealed input gear and double-lipped output seal
  • Double-angular contact output bearings
  • Roller idler and drive bearings for proper gear meshing

Includes:

  • (4) Assembled portal hub boxes complete with 9310 gears, seals, output shaft, gaskets, and thrust bearings
  • (4) Universal hubs and precision-ground stainless steel slotted rotors with lugs
  • (4) Specialized steel alloy backing plates
  • (4) Steel caliper mounting plates with spacers
  • (2) Steel steering arms
  • Extended brake lines with parking brake and brake cable brackets
  • All required hardware including recessed castle nut socket

Max tire size recommendations for 4" portal gear lift:

  • 38" tires: Stock suspension
  • 42" tires: 1.5" forward offset A-arms

Wheel requirements:

  • 15" or larger wheel required
  • 15" wheels cannot exceed 4-1/2" backspacing
  • 20" and larger wheels cannot exceed 5" backspacing
  • 1.25" wheel spacer must be used with stock wheels
