Unbeatable GDP Portals Take your Polaris RZR Pro R to the next level with SuperATV’s 6" Portal Gear Lift. It increases torque to help you push through mud and obstacles while adding the lift you need for demanding terrain. Choose a 30%, 45%, or 60% gear reduction, with cast or billet aluminum housing options, or upgrade to the dual idler configuration for maximum strength.
What Are Dual Idler Gears? Dual idler portals use two idler gears to spread the load over twice as much surface area for improved torque transfer and exceptional strength. The gears are made from durable 9310 steel alloy and precision ground for a perfect fit and smooth operation.
Why Choose GDP Portals? With the gear reduction located in the hub, GDP portals help protect your drivetrain from unnecessary wear and tear. Transmission, axles, differential, prop shaft, and CVs all benefit from reduced stress. The housings are reinforced for gear retention and optimized for oil flow, and the advanced 5/16" steel alloy backing plates are built for strength.

Max Tire Size Recommendations for 6" Portal Gear Lift
- 42" tire size: Stock suspension setup
- 45" tire size: 1.5" forward offset A-arms
Max tire sizes are measured at full compression and full turn. The listed tire sizes are the largest we fit without rubbing. With minor trimming or a small amount of rub, larger tire sizes can be used.
