Get more out of your Polaris RZR Pro S with SuperATV’s 4" GDP Portal Gear Lift. This setup combines a lift and gear reduction in one package, giving you more ground clearance and better performance. Available with either 15% or 30% gear reduction and a choice of cast or billet aluminum housings, it’s built to help you run larger tires and take on tougher terrain with less strain on your drivetrain.
Choose a 15% reduction for quicker speeds and solid torque, or go with 30% for more low-end power and better control with larger tires. By putting the gear reduction at the wheel hub, these portals help keep your axles at factory angles, reducing wear on your CVs for a more durable ride.
Dual idler strength
The dual idler gear design uses a second idler gear to spread the load for better torque transfer and durability. Precision-ground 9310 steel gears and a 1.5 in. diameter 4340 hardened steel drive shaft help deliver cool, quiet, long-lasting performance.
Built for durability
These portals feature reinforced cast or 6061 billet aluminum housings with advanced steel alloy backing plates for added strength. The housings are designed for gear retention and optimized oil flow, and the sealing system uses advanced gaskets or O-rings, a sealed input gear, and a double-lipped output seal to help prevent leaks.

- (2) Steel steering arms
- Extended brake lines with parking brake and brake cable brackets
- All required hardware including recessed castle nut socket

Wheel requirements:
- 15" or larger wheel required
- 15" wheels cannot exceed 4-1/2" backspacing
- 20" and larger wheels cannot exceed 5" backspacing
Max tire size recommendations for 4" portal gear lift:
- 38" tire size with stock suspension
Max tire sizes are measured at full compression and full turn. The given tire sizes are the largest we fit without rubbing. With minor trimming or a small amount of rub, larger tire sizes can be used.
