Revamp Your RZR Get ready to experience a whole new breed of RZR with SuperATV’s Chromoly Tubed Long Travel Kit. It adds 3" to each side of your Polaris RZR PRO XP for an additional 6" of width overall. In addition to the added stability, this kit is a premium suspension overhaul. With chromoly high-clearance A-arms, beefed-up hex radius arms and tie rods, and ultra-tough trailing arms, you get the head-turning suspension your machine deserves. We finish it off with Rhino 2.0 Axles to make it the most advanced PRO XP long travel kit you can get.

Suspension That Exudes Strength High performance calls for high quality, and this RZR long travel kit delivers. Every piece has strength written all over it. You get chromoly tubed A-arms with robust internal gussets, chromoly ball joint housings, and TIG-welded seams. These high-clearance arms feature adjustable chromoly pivot blocks that come preadjusted to stock specs. You also get hex billet aluminum radius arms that have massive 3/4" heim joints and trailing arms made with 1/8" heavy-duty steel plating. All arms are covered by a lifetime warranty.

Rhino 2.0 Axles and Billet Aluminum Tie Rods You can’t overhaul your suspension without Rhino 2.0s. They feature bigger axle shafts and an all-chromoly steel construction to give you twice the strength of stock. Maximized CV joints, endless lab and field testing, and proprietary heat treatment make Rhino 2.0 Axles a top-tier choice. This long travel kit also comes with a premium heavy-duty tie rod kit. With 6061-T6 billet aluminum construction and a polished hex design, these tie rods are built for strength and style.

NOTE: Does not work with Dynamix shocks. Must have Walker Evans or Fox shocks for this kit to work.
