SuperATV’s GDP Gen 3 Portal Gear Lift for the Polaris RZR PRO XP and RZR PRO XP 4 is geared for all, with your choice of 15% or 30% gear reduction to match your ride style. Choose 30% for maximum torque and larger tires, or 15% for a better balance of trail speed and low-end power. You can also choose a dual idler configuration for maximum strength.
These portals use precision-ground 9310 steel gears and a dual idler design that spreads the load over twice the surface area for more reliable torque transfer. The housings are available in cast aluminum or USA-made 6061 billet aluminum, and they’re supported by advanced steel alloy backing plates for added strength and reliability.
Because the gear reduction happens at the hub, these portals help reduce stress on your axles, differential, prop shaft, and transmission. They’re a strong choice for mud, trails, desert, and dunes, and they provide extra ground clearance to help you tackle tougher terrain.

Fitment:
- Polaris RZR PRO XP: 2020+
- Polaris RZR PRO XP 4: 2020+
Wheel requirements:
- 14 in. or larger wheel required
- Cannot exceed 5 in. backspacing
- Not compatible with dual beadlock wheels
- Wheels need a center hole of at least 3.25 in. (82.55 mm) or require a 1 in. wheel spacer
Portal gear reduction recommendations:
- 34 in. tires: stock suspension or 3 in. lift kit
- 36 in. tires: 1.5 in. forward offset A-arms or 1.5 in. forward offset A-arms with a 3 in. lift kit
Max tire sizes are measured at full compression and full turn. Larger tires may fit with minor trimming or a small amount of rub. For help choosing the right gear reduction, use the portal gear reduction calculator.
