Your RZR Pro XP isn’t built for just one kind of rider—you can take it through mountains, mud, or dunes. SuperATV’s GDP 6" Portal Gear Lift lets you choose between 30%, 45%, or 60% gear reductions so you can match your ride style and tire size. Choose dual idler gears for maximum strength and ride your way with more torque and ground clearance.
What is a Dual Idler®?
After years of research and development, SuperATV’s dual idler gear portals are engineered to spread the load over twice as much surface area for more reliable torque transfer. Precision CNC grinding ensures the gears are perfectly mated, and they’re made from 9310 steel alloy for strength and durability.
Perfect for Mud
Portals and mud go together for good reason. The added torque from the gear reduction helps in deeper terrain, and the 6" lift helps keep you from getting swamped.
A Gear Reduction That Protects Your Drivetrain
With the gear reduction at the hub, stress is reduced on your axles, differential, prop shaft, and transmission, helping your components last longer while you ride harder.
Stronger Housings and Backing Plates
These portals feature reinforced housings optimized for gear retention and oil flow, along with advanced steel alloy backing plates. Choose cast or billet aluminum housings.

Polaris RZR PRO XP Portal Gear Reduction Recommendations
- 36" max tire size with stock suspension
- 36" max tire size with a 3" lift kit
- 37" max tire size with 1.5" forward offset A-arms
- 37" max tire size with 1.5" forward offset A-arms and a 3" lift kit
Max tire sizes are measured at full compression and full turn. The given tire sizes are the largest fit without rubbing. With minor trimming or a small amount of rub, larger tire sizes can be used.

Wheel Requirements:
- 18" or larger wheel required
- 18" wheels cannot exceed 4-1/2" backspacing
- 20" and larger wheels cannot exceed 5" backspacing
- Wheels need to have a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55mm) or require a 1" wheel spacer
