SuperATV’s GDP 4" Portal Gear Lift for the Polaris RZR RS1 is available with 15% or 30% gear reductions and cast or billet housings, so you can optimize your ride for mud, rocks, or trails.
Perfect for mud: Choose a 30% gear reduction for a massive boost in torque, giving you the power to turn bigger tires and power through thick bounty holes. It’s also still suitable for road use, trails, and rocks.
Perfect for rocks: A 4" portal lift with a 30% gear reduction gives you the torque and clearance needed to crawl over rocks and run bigger tires without scraping your skid plate.

Better gears
Our gears are precision ground and made with 9310 billet steel alloy for high strength and high speed. They stay cool and quiet even under hard throttle and are built to withstand demanding rides.
Reinforced housings and ultra-tough backing plates
Choose cast or billet aluminum housing and get a rugged, trail-proven setup built for strength and oil flow. The 5/16" backing plates are made from a high-performance steel alloy that outmuscles chromoly, and the integrated rear hub backing plates help eliminate failure-prone aluminum hubs.

- Max tire sizes are measured at full compression and full turn. The given tire sizes are the largest we fit without rubbing. With minor trimming or a small amount of rub, larger tire sizes can be used.

Wheel requirements:
- 14" or larger wheel required
- 14" and 15" wheels cannot exceed 4-1/2" backspacing
- 16" and larger wheels cannot exceed 5" backspacing
- Wheels need to have a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55 mm) or require a 1" wheel spacer
- Not compatible with dual beadlock wheels
