The Polaris RZR RS1 is impressive on its own, but adding SuperATV’s GDP 6" Portal Gear Lift takes ground clearance and performance to the next level. Choose a 30% or 45% gear reduction depending on how you ride and the terrain you tackle. Whether you’re on the trails, dunes, or rougher terrain, these portals help deliver more torque, room for bigger tires, and a more capable ride.
By placing the gear reduction in the hub, this portal kit reduces strain on your axles, prop shaft, differential, and transmission. It’s designed to improve performance while helping drivetrain components last longer. The housing is available in billet or cast aluminum, with reinforced construction, advanced steel alloy backing plates, and precision-ground 9310 gears for strength and quiet operation.
Built with advanced gaskets, O-rings, seals, and bearings, these portals are engineered for excellent oil resistance and dependable sealing. The universal hub fits all major bolt patterns, and the kit is lighter than the competition. For even better performance, use Portal Blood gear oil formulated for GDP Portals.
For additional support on hard rides and added weight, a SuperATV Frame Stiffener is strongly recommended with installation.

- (4) Assembled portal hub boxes complete with 9310 gears, seals, output shaft, gaskets, and thrust bearings
- (4) Universal hubs and precision-ground stainless steel slotted rotors with lugs
- (4) Specialized steel alloy backing plates
- (4) Steel caliper mounting plates
- (2) Steel steering arms
- (2) Carrier bearings
- Extended brake lines
- All required hardware, including recessed castle nut socket
- Frame stiffener, must be selected at checkout
Max tire size recommendations:
- Up to 34" tires: stock suspension
- 35" to 36" tires: 2" lift kit
- Max tire sizes are measured at full compression and full turn. Larger tires may fit with minor trimming or a small amount of rub.
Wheel requirements:
- 18" or larger wheel required
- 18" wheels cannot exceed 4-1/2" backspacing
- 20" and larger wheels cannot exceed 5" backspacing
- Wheels need a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55mm), or a 1" wheel spacer is required
