SuperATV’s Heavy-Duty Rhino 2.0 Axles for your Polaris RZR RS1 are built to be tougher than stock, offering two times the strength so you can ride harder and longer without worrying about breaking something.
Rhino 2.0 formula
These axles use all-chromoly steel construction and larger axle shafts, along with maximized CV joints for high articulation angles and cooler operation. The Rhino 2.0 design includes:
- A massive 4mm increase in shaft size
- End-to-end chromoly construction
- Proprietary heat treatment
Tested from the lab to the field
SuperATV designs, engineers, tests, and manufactures these axles, using CAD technology to simulate real-world conditions and extensive lab and field testing to verify strength and endurance.
