Description

GDP gives you the portals you need

Put SuperATV’s 4" GDP Portal Gear Lift on your Polaris RZR S 1000 to get more torque, less drivetrain stress, and serious off-road capability. It’s available with 15% or 30% gear reductions, cast or billet housings, and an optional Dual Idler® setup for even more durability.

Dual Idler® portals spread the load over twice as much surface area for stronger torque transfer. The gears are precision CNC ground and made from 9310 steel alloy for reliable performance.

Choose a 30% gear reduction for mud and rock crawling, or a 15% reduction if you want extra torque without giving up trail speed. Because the gear reduction happens in the hub, your axles, differential, prop shaft, and transmission see less stress than stock.

These portals feature reinforced housings designed for gear retention and oil flow, advanced steel alloy backing plates, advanced gaskets and O-rings, a sealed input gear, double-lipped output seal, double-angular contact output bearings, and roller idler and drive bearings. There are no vents.

Includes:

  • (4) Assembled portal hub boxes complete with 9310 gears, seals, output shaft, Thermo-Tork gaskets, and thrust bearings
  • (4) Universal hubs and precision-ground stainless steel slotted rotors with lugs
  • (4) Specialized steel alloy backing plates
  • (4) Steel caliper mounting plates
  • (2) Steel steering arms
  • Extended brake lines with parking brake and brake cable brackets
  • All required hardware including recessed castle nut socket

Portal gear reduction recommendations:

  • Up to 29" tires: Stock suspension or 3" lift kit
  • 30" to 32" tires: 1.5" forward front A-arms or 1.5" forward front A-arms with 3" lift kit
  • 33" to 44" tires: 7-10" lift kit

  • Polaris RZR S 1000: 2016-2020
  • Polaris RZR S4 1000: 2019-2020

Wheel requirements:

  • 14" or larger wheel required
  • Wheels cannot exceed 5" backspacing
  • Not compatible with dual beadlock wheels
  • Wheels need a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55 mm) or a 1" wheel spacer is required
