SuperATV’s GDP 6" Portal Gear Lift for the Polaris RZR S 1000 gives you a lift and gear reduction in one package. Choose a 30%, 45%, or 60% gear reduction, or upgrade to a dual idler gear portal for maximum performance. Built from real-world testing, these portals are designed to help you get the most out of your ride.

What is a Dual Idler®? A second idler gear spreads the load over twice as much surface area for more reliable torque transfer and a stronger gear set. Precision CNC grinding ensures the gears are perfectly mated, and the gears are made from 9310 steel alloy.

Built to Take on Any Terrain Match your gear reduction to the way you ride: 30% for trail speed, 45% for mud and rocks, and 60% for larger tires and maximum pulling power.

Portals Reduce Drivetrain Wear Gear reduction at the hub instead of the transmission helps reduce wear on your axles, differential, prop shaft, and transmission while maintaining factory suspension geometry to help keep CVs cooler.

Tough Enough for Your RZR S 1000 This portal lift is built with billet or cast aluminum housings and advanced 5/16" steel alloy backing plates for strength and durability.

Polaris RZR S 1000 Portal Gear Reduction Recommendations

  • 30" tires: Stock suspension or 3" lift kit
  • 32" tires: 1.5" forward front A-arms or 1.5" forward front A-arms with 3" lift kit
  • 44" tires: 7-10" lift kit

Max tire sizes are measured at full compression and full turn. The listed tire sizes are the largest fitment without rubbing; larger tires may fit with minor trimming or a small amount of rub.

  • Polaris RZR S 1000: 2016-2020
  • Polaris RZR S4 1000: 2019-2020

Wheel Requirements:

  • 18" or larger wheel required
  • 18" wheels cannot exceed 4-1/2" backspacing
  • 20" and larger wheels cannot exceed 5" backspacing
  • Wheels need a center hole of at least 3.25" (82.55 mm) or require a 1" wheel spacer
