Description

Raise your Polaris RZR S 1000 with SuperATV’s 7-10" Lift Kit for a bigger stance, more ground clearance, and room for up to 36" tires. Built with decades of lift-building experience, it’s designed to be strong, true-to-size, and ready for hard riding without sacrificing turning radius or ride comfort.

Heavy-duty construction includes 1-1/4" DOM steel tubing, 7/8" solid steel Z-bend tie rods, hand-welded steel lift brackets, reinforced metal rear A-arms with pivot joints, and new UHMW A-arm bushings. It includes extended brake lines, does not include ball joints, and attaches to factory RZR S locations for an easier install.

Choose your axle upgrade:

  • X300 axles: 300M steel shaft, maximized CVs, 300M and 4340 alloy steel CV components, proprietary high-temp grease, and a 3-year warranty.
  • Rhino 2.0 axles: 100% stronger than stock, 4340 chromoly steel construction, proprietary heat treatment, field and lab tested strength, and an 18-month warranty.
  • Rhino axles: available as an option.

This lift adds 13.5" front and 12.25" rear increased track width. At 10" of lift, ground clearance increases from 12.5" to 22.5", wheelbase changes from 79" to 82", width increases from 60" to 73", and max tire size increases from 27" to 36".

Fitment:

  • Polaris RZR S 1000: 2016-2020
  • Polaris RZR S4 1000: 2019-2020

Note: If running stock wheels or 12" wheels, you will need 1" wheel spacers.
